Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject derivative in good yield in one process under mild reactional conditions by reacting a ketone compound having 2 α hydrogens with a bis-disubstituted amino-difluoromethane or a fluoroformamidinium halogenide.
SOLUTION: (A) A compound having a skeleton represented by formula I in the molecule is reacted with (B) a compound represented by formula II (R1 to R4 are each a 1-6C alkyl, an aryl or the like) or a compound represented by formula III (X1 is Cl, Br or I) to thereby produce (A) an acetylene derivative. The component A is preferably a compound represented by formula IV (R5 and R6 are each H, an alkyl, an aralkyl or the like) and the component C is the acetylene compound represented by formula V (R and R' are each the same as R5 and R6). For example, acetophenone can be used as the component A and reacted with 2,2-difluoro-1,3-dimethylimidazolidine used as the component B in acetonitrile used as a solvent to afford phenylacetylene.
