Title:
PRODUCTION OF CUP-LIKE COLLECTING BLADE BODY FOR PROCEDURE PART OF PROCEDURE TOOL FOR ENDOSCOPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1189850
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the hooking of the rugged parts at both edges of cup-like collecting blade bodies by the penetration thereof into the tissue and to make it possible to surely taken out the tissue by molding these blade bodies before edging through a sintering treatment, then subjecting the edges of cup blades to an electrolytic polishing treatment, thereby edging the blade bodies. SOLUTION: A procedure part formed by supporting the cup-like collecting blade bodies 6, 7 via opening/closing link mechanisms 8 to a pair of connecting links 5b is mounted at the front end of a cord-like connecting member 2 which is drawn out of an operation section and is inserted into the body via an endoscope. The production of such collecting blade bodies 6, 7 is executed by first forming the cup-like collecting blade bodies 6, 7 having a three-dimensional shape by a metallic powder injection molding treatment and sintering treatment. The edges 23 of the cup blades 19, 20 are then subjected to the electrolytic polishing treatment to dissolve the surfaces of the edges 23 and are finished sharp. At this time, the irregular and shallow ruggedness shapes are formed by the dissolution of the metallic powder particles. The rugged parts are easily penetrated into the tissue.
