Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform whole processes starting from a dehydrated cake, etc., to obtaining granulates with a single device and to enhance quality of the granulates by optionally selecting respective rotations of an agitation blade and a rotor and providing a space change mechanism for changing a space between the agitation blade and a drum inner wall in a accordance with a revolving direction of the agitation blade.
SOLUTION: In the pulverizing process, the agitation blade 2 and the rotor 3 are rotated normally in a high speed, and a dehydrated cake is pulverized further smaller, while it is loosened, with the agitation blade 2 and the tip of an agitation tool 8. In the mixing process, cement being a solidifying agent and a small quantity of water are added to the pulverized product of the dehydrated cake 16 being the contents 11, and the agitation blade 2 is normally rotated in a high speed to mix these, and also the rotor 3 is reversibly rotated in a high speed. In a kneading process, the agitation blade 2 is reversibly rotated in a low speed to sufficiently knead the contents 11 in accordance with the gradually decreasing space between the agitation tool 8 and the drum inner wall. In the granulation process, the agitation blade 2 is reversibly rotated in a low speed, and also the rotor 3 is normally rotated in a high speed to cut the kneaded product in small solids.
