Abstract:
PURPOSE: To inexpensively produce a fuel from wastes at a low cost of equipment in an energy-saving manner.
CONSTITUTION: Wastes containing combustibles are sent from a waste pit 1 to a crusher 2, classifier 3 and a molding machine 4, where the mixture is molded into a fuel. The fuel is sent to a drier 5 and dried with exhaust gases from a boiler 6 for electric generation. plant steam generation, room air conditioning, etc. The exhaust gases leaving from the drier 5 are treated with a dust collector 7 for boiler exhaust gases and a flue gas desulfurizer 8 and discharged from a stack 9.
