PURPOSE: To produce the subject cured product having improved accuracy by pass-molding molding materials comprising mainly water and an inorganic hydraulic substance containing a foamed resin having closed pores, and subsequently placing the molded product under an atmosphere of specific temperature.
CONSTITUTION: An inorganic hydraulic substance, a foamed resin having closed pores, a water-reducing agent, a thickening agent, inorganic or organic fibers, water, etc., are mixed with each other and kneaded. The molding materials thus produced are press-molded at 30-50°C into a desired shape, and the molded intermediate product is demolded from the mold, and subsequently solidified under a temperature atmosphere ≥10°C lower than the initial temperature of the molding materials.
