Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane foam having antibacterial, deodorant, antimold and insect-repellent properties as well as far-infrared-emitting properties.
SOLUTION: The production process comprises adding a compound ceramic obtained by mixing a base comprising 20-30wt.% amphibole having a particle diameter of 74μm, 20-30wt.% magnesia, 20-30wt.% silica with 20-30wt.% titanium as an aid to a stock material while it is being mixed in a mixer in the production of a polyurethane foam and supplying the mixture into the expanding machine.
