Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production machine for water-containing thermally coagulated eggs that are thermally coagulated egg yolk and egg white in hot water, particularly a large-scale production machine.
SOLUTION: In this water-containing thermally coagulated eggs-producing machine, an endless chain conveyer 12 to which a plurality of container cages 16 or partition members are mounted is passed through the upper layer part of the hot water in the water tank for heating 2 having liquid egg-feeder on its one edge, while bubbles are generated from the bubble generator arranged to the lower layer part in the hot water to allow the thermally coagulated liquid egg to float on the hot water surface in flat shapes. Then, the floating flat coagulated eggs are collected with the endless chain conveyer.
