Abstract:
To provide a technology capable of improving durability of a pump, and reducing noise of the pump.SOLUTION: A fluid pump has: a drive part; a movable part 22 moving by driving of the drive part; a pump chamber 60 whose volume increases/decreases by movement of the movable part 22; a partition wall part 32 constituting an upper wall of the pump chamber 60; and a plurality of fluid passage parts 34 provided at the partition wall part 32, and through which fluid passes vertically. Each fluid passage part 34 has a valve seat part 35 with a vent hole 37 penetrating the partition wall part 32 vertically, and a valve body 36 for opening/closing the vent hole 37. Each of a plurality of valve bodies 36 has a first valve body 361 constituted of a first material, and a second valve body 362 constituted of a second material different from the first material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
