Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying apparatus efficiently applying aerobic treatment to sludge particles and not almost requiring the final recovery of sludge or not requiring the same at all.
SOLUTION: A part of sludge 17 sedimented on the bottom pact of a sedimentation tank 4 is sent to a sludge storage tank 8 by a pump 20 and the sludge 17 is allowed to stand within the sludge storage tank 8 in an anaerobic state and a part of the sludge 17 in the sludge storage tank 8 is sent to an ultra- anaerobic tank 9 by a pump 24. The oxidation-reduction potential(ORP) of the sludge is held in an anaerobic state until it becomes$190mV or lower in the ultra-anaerobic tank 9 and a shell like oxide membrane on the surface of sludge is destructed and this sludge of which the surface oxide membrane is destructed is returned to an aeration tank or a flow rate adjusting tank 2 to be decomposed in an aerobic atmosphere.
