Title:
PYROGENOUS MATERIAL COMPOSED OF MOLYBDENUM DISILICIDE AS MAJOR PART HAVING LOW OXYGEN DIFFUSIBLE VITREOUS COATING LAYER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3681149
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pyrogenous material composed of mainly MoSi2, which has excellent pest resistivity and of which performance does not deteriorate over a long period of time.
SOLUTION: Content of a nonconforming component is reduced which spreads spaces of three dimensional network structures in a vitreous coating film and causes decline of antioxidative property. The formed vitreous coating film becomes low-oxygen diffusible by reducing each content of Al, Ca, Mg, Na contained in a substrate to be ≤300 ppm, preferably ≤100 ppm.
