Title:
RADIATION SENSITIVE COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3867179
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive compsn. for color filters which allows the formation of pixel arrays having excellent tight adhesion strength to substrates, etc., at a high yield without the remaining of the undissolved matter (residue) of the compsn. in unexposed parts and without the generation of scum on pixels even when the fine pixel arrays are formed.
SOLUTION: The radiation sensitive compsn. for color filters contains (A) coloring agents, (B) a binder polymer, (C) a multifunctional monomer, (D) a carboxyl group-contg. monofunctional monomer selected from a group of ω- carboxy-polycaprolactone mono(meth)acrylate, (meth)acrylic acid dimer and dicarboxylic mono(2-(meth)acryloyoxy ethyl) and (E) a photopolymn. initiator.
