To provide a space-saving radiowave receiver capable of ensuring rejection of radiowaves arriving from lateral directions.
A radiowave receiver comprises a front antenna, a plurality of side antennas, a first detection unit, an analysis unit, a switch unit, a second detection unit, and a removal unit. The front antenna receives radiowaves arriving from a front direction in a visual field. The side antennas receive radiowaves arriving from wide-angle directions of the visual field. The first detection unit detects a pulse component in a signal received by the front antenna. The analysis unit analyzes the detected pulse component to obtain specifications of the signal received by the front antenna. The switch unit switches the plurality of side antennas in a time division manner. The second detection unit detects a pulse component in a signal received by the switched side antenna. The removal unit removes, from the obtained specifications, components derived from the pulse component detected by the second detection unit to extract specifications of a signal attained within the visual field.
