Title:
RANGE CHANGEOVER CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015224714
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation that motor rotation control cannot be normally performed due to transient noise, in a system which rotationally drives a motor by sequentially switching energization phases of the motor on the basis of count values of output signals (A-phase signal and B-phase signal) of an encoder.SOLUTION: If both an A-phase signal and a B-phase signal are normal, the A-phase signal and the B-phase signal may have prescribed phase differences. Here, in the case where the A-phase signal and the B-phase signal are inputted at time intervals within a prescribed time (in the case where the A-phase signal and the B-phase signal are substantially simultaneously inputted), a microcomputer 41 determines that a phase signal which is shorter in the time interval with a preceding input signal out of the A-phase signal and the B-phase signal is noise, accurately detects the noise, and prevents the noise from being reflected to the calculation processing of an encoder count value. By this constitution, it is prevented that a correspondence relationship between the encoder count value and a rotation position of a motor 12 is collapsed by the transient noise.
