Abstract:
To provide a damage-resistant reading unit and reference board.SOLUTION: In conjunction with the movement of a reading unit 210 from a reading position (or a separation position) to the separation position (or the reading position) performed by moving mechanisms 221-223 (moving means), a reference board 230 rotates centered on a shank 231 from a second position facing a side face 210b of the reading unit 210 (or a first position facing a reading surface 210a of the reading unit 210) to the first position (or the second position). The reading unit 210 is provided with a cam follower 211 (contact member) that, when the reference board 230 rotates centered on the shank 231, is in contact with the reference board 230 to maintain the clearance between the reading unit 210 and the reference board 230.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
