The system issues a ticket in which a reservation number, a reservation authentication number, and a transmitting destination e-mail address are printed out by characters and bar codes, registers a transmitting source e-mail address transmitted to the e-mail address described in the issued ticket in a reception management database and performs automatic return to the transmitting source e-mail address when the user's turn comes by operating a counter terminal by a receptionist or the user.
