Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus capable of disposing a detecting part with high space efficiency.SOLUTION: A recording apparatus includes a support stage 11 supporting a recording medium A, a recording processing unit 12 having a recording unit 31 for performing recording processing on the supported recording medium A and laid so as to be traversed the support stage 11 in an X axis direction, a Y axis movement part 13 moving the recording processing unit 12 to a Y axis direction, a rear bumper part 141 disposed in a rear side of the Y axis direction in the recording processing part 12 and absorbing impact upon debris collision, and a first detection part 121 detecting whether or not a distance between the recording medium A and the recording unit 31 is less than a specific value. At least a part of the first detection part 121 is disposed inside the rear bumper part 141.
