Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a foam capable of keeping foaming properties of a polypropylene-based resin and having high heat resistance and high cushioning performance.
CONSTITUTION: This polyolefin-based resin foam has at least ≥2.0×106 of Z average molecular weight, Mz and ≥3.0Mz/Mw (weight average molecular weight) and contains a mixed resin composed of 60-95wt.% of a polypropylene- based resin having a camel type molecular weight distribution curve (by gel permeation chromatograph) having projections of a curve which exhibits that it contains a branched polymer in a high polymer region and 40-5wt.% of one or more kinds of polyethylene-based resins having ≤10Mz/Mw as a substrate resin.
