Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition capable of obtaining a well-balanced coated membrane without damaging excellent properties conventionally held such as an adhesiveness, an outlook and a gasoline resistance, and used for a coating material, etc., by using a specific resin obtained by modifying an oxidization-treated chlorinated polyolefin with a urethane.
SOLUTION: This resin composition consists of (A) a resin obtained by graft- copolymerizing further (iv) a monomer having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond in a molecule, e.g. (meth)acrylic acid and/or a monomer containing at least each one of ethylenically unsaturated bond and hydroxyl group, e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl(meth) acrylate with (i) a chlorinated polyolefin treated with an oxidation by using at least one kind or 2 or more kinds selected from air, oxygen and ozone during the chlorination reaction of the polyolefin and (ii) a resin obtained by reacting an organic diisocyanate, e.g. trilenediisocyanate with (iii) a high polymeric polyol, e.g. a polyetherpolyol, and (B) an isocyanate compound.
