Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver which can provide a sag on a lead wire without a special jig, even in a structure incapable of sufficiently securing a distance from the termination of a coil to a terminal pin.SOLUTION: Each lead wire of a stator coil 500 is tied up in a state of being stretched to each terminal pin 603, and then the tied part is fixed by soldering or welding. Next, a terminal block 600 is moved to the stator core 200 side, so that the bottom face of the main body 601 of the terminal block is made to contact to the top face of the stator core 200 to sag the lead wire. Next, the end part of a pin 306 of a first insulator 300 is fused so that the terminal block 600 is fixed.
