Title:
RIDGE HEIGHT SENSOR FOR TRANSPLANTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3280857
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simple and accurate regulation for returning the relative relationship between an interlocking mechanism for interlockingly connecting a movable frame to a lifting and lowering valve arm for actuating a control valve for lifting and lowering a mobile machine body and the lifting and lowering valve arm to the original state caused by the regulation of the relative height of a soil covering wheel relatively to a movable frame and a change in the ridge thrusting depth of a transplanting unit.
SOLUTION: This ridge height sensor for a transplanter is obtained by dividing a shaking arm 101 into a constituent unit 101A on the front side, pivoted on a mobile machine body and interlockingly connected to a lifting and lowering arm 109 and a constituent unit 101B on the rear side, pivoted on the constituent unit 101A on the front side so as to enable the vertical shaking and to which a ground contact roller 100 is attached, fixing a regulating lever 127 to the constituent unit 101A on the front side, installing an engaging plate 128 having plural fitting parts for selectively fitting onto the regulating lever 127 and regulating the vertical shaking relatively to the constituent unit 101A on the front side in the vertical directions in the constituent unit 101B on the rear side and making the pitch of the fitting parts respond to the relative height regulating pitch of the soil covering wheel 15 relatively to a mobile frame 12B.
