PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim of a wheel with a tire or a new supporting and fastening unit for a wheel with a tire.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a rim of a wheel with a tire or a supporting and fastening unit for a wheel with a tire. The unit comprises: a base (2); a wheel holding base part (3); a vertical member or a column part (4) which protrudes upward from the base (2) and supports the wheel holding stand part (3) by an upper part; a shaft or a pin (5) which is installed into or along the vertical member or the column part (4); a sleeve member or a ring nut member (7) which can be confined or attached to the shaft or the pin (5); and means (6) for moving the shaft or the pin (5) relative to the stand part (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
