The axial length A of the outer ring 97 is set ≤60% of the outside diameter B of the outer ring 97, difference C between the outside diameter B and the inside diameter D of the ring 97 is set ≥8% of the diameter B, the diameter D is set 50% to 70% of the diameter B, and the diameter R of the roller 98 is set ≤10% of the outside diameter B of the wheel 97.
