Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller having a desired hyperboloidal shape.SOLUTION: A pressure roller 100 (roller) includes: an elastic layer 102 having a hyperboloidal shape; and a release layer 103 covering an outer peripheral surface thereof excluding a predetermined range at both ends, and pasted on the outer peripheral surface with adhesive 104. In a position covered by the release layer 103 and located near both ends of the release layer 103 on an outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer 102, a groove 106 is formed in a circumferential direction for receiving the adhesive 104 pushed by the release layer 103 when pasted.
