Title:
MOTOR-DRIVEN AGITATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3182536
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily fix the agitator to a vessel and to increased its effect in practical use by providing handles having a specified width in the circumferential direction and extended at least in two directions and at right angles to the shaft of a motor on the side face of a main body and forming a protrusion on the blade side of the handle.
CONSTITUTION: Handles 5a and 5b having a specified width in the circumferential direction are extended from a frame 1 at right angles to a shaft 3 in opposite directions, and plural protrusions 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d are formed on the blade 4-side of the handles 5a and 5b. When the blade 4 is rotated at a low speed and the viscosity of a solvent 8 is low, the reaction force acting on the handles 5a and 5b is not extremely increased, the handles are held on the upper edge 7a of a vessel 7 by the weight of the agitator and the protrusions 6, and the agitation is continued even if the handles 5a and 5b are not held with the hand.
