Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rotary cutter with a blade generating a straight cutting line along a plane which is almost orthogonally crossed with an advancing direction of a metallic part to be cut.
CONSTITUTION: Cutting end edges 26, 27 are formed into straight shapes. These cutting end edges 26, 27 are arranged on planes different from planes on which guide teeth 24, 25 exist. The guide teeth 24, 25 are made curved contours in which sure cuttings are generated on planes which are almost orthogonally crossed with a longitudinal axis of a metal part 20 to be cut.
