Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the rotor of a servo moor excellent in processability, which has shortened the hardening time of the binder for an iron core and a magnet, the reinforcing material for the cover of the iron core, and a balance putty material.
CONSTITUTION: The excellent rotor of a servo motor can be gotten, which can sharply shorten processing time and reduce consumption energy only with application of an ultraviolet ray for hardening process by using ultraviolet ray hardening epoxy acrylic resin wherein a light sensitizer is added, for the basic material of the materials of the binder 4 for an iron core 2 and a magnet 3, the cover 5 of the magnet 3, and a balance putty 7.
