Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently control the output of an engine and a torque by a running pedal operation by providing a connection means moderating an engine speed by displacing a throttle lever connected between a throttle valve of an engine and a hydraulic cylinder by the hydraulic cylinder.
SOLUTION: A controller 23 receives the output signal of a limit switch 31 detecting the operation of a running pedal 1, controls a stepping motor 25 so that an engine speed may be maximum and operates a throttle lever 21 to the maximum by the power. At the same time, a signal is transmitted to a proportional valve 27, the valve plates of main pumps P1 and P2 are controlled, the total quantity of the power of the engine is supplied to a running device and the running speed of a heavy equipment is made maximum. When running resistance is increased and the engine speed is reduced, the signal is transmitted again to the proportional valve 27 based on the detection signal of an engine speed detection means 35, delivery is reduced and the running speed of the equipment is reduced.
