Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing unintended movement of blades and a frost control fan due to impacts caused by strong wind, thereby avoiding problems such as damage to an oscillating slewing part, blades or teeth of a transmission mechanism, and injury accidents caused by dropping broken or damaged components, cut-off wires, or the like.SOLUTION: A frost control fan comprises a cradle 3 fixed to a pillar, a depression angle base 7, and a fan rotated by a motor. A safety device against impact on the frost control fan restricts random movement of the fan caused by strong wind, by: restricting rotation of the depression angle base 7 by a first safety unit, which comprises a stopper pin disposed on an edge of the cradle 3 and a catcher plate in a curved shape disposed on the depression angle base 7; and restricting rotation of a cap 5 by a second safety unit, which comprises the cap 5 synchronized to a rotating base 4 disposed on the cradle 3, a stopper bolt 35 suspended from the cap 5, and a stopper disposed on the cradle 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
