Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the writing and stamping readiness of a seal sheet for a seal postcard or the like by coating and drying an aqueous solution of a predetermined blend of a low-temperature sealing type, water-soluble polymer, an ionomer resin and an inorganic pigment to a supporting body and forming a heat-sensitive adhesive layer having a thermally bonded surface with a predetermined T-type peel strength.
CONSTITUTION: A heat-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is formed on one surface of a supporting body 1, thereby to obtain the seal sheet. In order to form the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 2, an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble polymer A having sealing properties at not higher than 100°C and an iornomer resin B mixed by the ratio A/B=(90/10)-(40/60) is prepared. Then, an inorganic pigment C is blended into the aqueous solution to satisfy (A+B)/C=(95/5)-(80/20). The mixture is applied and dried on the supporting body 1. The T-type peel strength of an interface when the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 2 are thermally bonded with pressure is set to be 10-150g/50mm at 20° C, 60° CRH and 300mm/min. peeling speed.
