Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a seal postcard by forming a weak adhesive, heat-sensitive adhesive layer over the central area and the left or right area obtained when a supporting body is divided into three, specifying the T-type peel strength when the adjacent adhesive layers are thermally bonded with pressure, and bonding a strong adhesive, heat-sensitive adhesive layer symmetrically at the opposite surface of the supporting body through thermal bonding of adjacent adhesive surfaces in a manner not to allow the separation of the surfaces.
CONSTITUTION: A weak adhesive, heat-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is formed at one surface of the central area and the right area of a supporting body 1 when the supporting body 1 is divided into three areas. The T-type peel strength of a peeled interface between a central area part 2a and a right area part 2b of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 2 thermally bonded with pressure each other is specified to be 10-150g/50mm at 20°C, 65%RH and 300mm/min. moving speed. Moreover, a strong- adhesive, heat-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed at the symmetric position to the adhesive layer 2 via the central area at the opposite surface of the supporting body 1. The bonding pressure when a central area 3a and a left area 3b of the adhesive layer 3 are mutually bonded with heat and pressure is so set as not to allow the separation of the areas.
