The sealed rolling bearing includes: an inner ring 22 having a rolling surface 22a formed on an outer-diameter surface; an outer ring 23 having a rolling surface 23a formed on an inner-diameter surface; a rolling body 24 arrayed between the rolling surfaces of the inner ring 22 and outer ring 23; a holder 25 having a pocket for holding the rolling body 24; and a seal member 26 which seals an annular space 27 formed between the inner ring 22 and outer ring 23. A thinned part 33 is provided at a pocket bottom part of the holder 25 on an inner-diameter side. A curved surface part 41 is provided to an outer-diameter surface of the holder 25.
