Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit in which a function is provided to convert serial data into parallel data and to store the data and stable operations are realized even though the cycle of writing/reading is made short.
The circuit is provided with a serial/parallel converting circuit 19 which is used to convert serial data inputted with clock signals into parallel data, a memory 21 which stores the parallel data converted by the circuit 19 and a writing pulse generating circuit 30 which generates writing pulses, that are used to set a writing time in the memory, by counting the clock signals.
