Abstract:
To prevent vibration of one piezoelectric vibration element from being transferred to another piezoelectric vibration element, when a plurality of piezoelectric vibration elements are integrated in a part.
The piezoelectric vibration elements 12 are integrated on a foundation 10 of a tactile sensor 2. The piezoelectric vibration elements 12 are fixed on the foundation 10 via a conductive tape 22 and a conductive epoxy adhesive. The conductive epoxy adhesive 24 reduces the vibration, transferred from the piezoelectric vibration elements 12 to the foundation 10.
