PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service control network, a server device, a network device, a service information distributing method and a service information distribution program which can set network control information even in network equipment whose address is indefinite.
SOLUTION: This service control network comprises a service control information database described by using a network access identifier (RFC2486) as identification information of a terminal device, the server device for associating a network access identifier with an IP address given to the terminal device by a client network device with connection to the terminal device as a turning point and distributing service control information obtained by converting the network access identifier into an IP address onto a necessary path, and the network device for performing transfer control of a packet on the basis of the service control information (policy) distributed from the server device with the IP address as client identification.
