PURPOSE: To absorb stress in case of the crushing of a rock core by an restraint sleeve, and to reduce friction in case of member charge by transmitting vertical stress and torque from a drill rod to a rock-crushing tool through upper and lower adapters, a panel pack and an external cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: An upper adapter 3 is screwed to an external cylinder 5 through a screw section 4 on the surface of the lower section of the adapter 3, and a spring pack 13 with an external spring ring 11 and an internal spring ring 12 is installed on the inside of an external cylinder 5 with the second engaging section 6 engaged with the first engaging section 7 formed as the upper end section of a lower adapter 8. The upper end section of the spring pack 13 is connected at the lower end section 14 of the upper adapter 3, and the lower end section of the lower end section 14 is installed at the upper end of a retaining sleeve 15. The retaining sleeve 15 is mounted on a bearing stepped section 16, and the base 17 of the bearing stepped section 16 is coupled with the bearing stepped section 18 of an restraint sleeve 19. The sleeve 19 is screwed to the upper adapter 3. Accordingly, a shock in rock crushing can be absorbed by surfaces.
