Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the fixing force of a shoe sole to an upper bottom surface, especially, a toe part.
SOLUTION: A patch material is bonded to the upper surface of an insole 2 and the bonding part of the patch material 5 of the insole 2 is pressed and compressed and the hole cut-off line provided to the patch material 5 is cut off to form a fixing part forming hole 6. The insole 2 is fixed to the bottom surface of a last and upper 1 is attached to the last and the peripheral edge part 1a on the shoe sole side of the upper 1 is pulled over to the insole 2 and a through-hole 8 is bored in the bottom surface of the upper 1 to be allowed to communicate with the fixing part forming hole 6 and a mold is mounted on the bottom part of the upper 1 and a synthetic resin is injected to integrally mold a fixing part 9 and a shoe sole 3 through a pin like part 7.
