Abstract:
To provide a skirt guard switch operation confirmation device for an escalator, which can reduce errors included in the measurement result of a tension gauge.SOLUTION: The skirt guard switch operation confirmation device comprises: a tension gauge 71; and four projections 72 that are provided to the tip of the tension gauge 71. The four projections 72 are separately inserted into four recesses 51 formed in a skirt guard 5. The four projections 72 are arranged so as to hold the center line A of the tension gauge 71 therebetween when seen in the longitudinal direction of the tension gauge 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
