To provide a solar cell module wherein a light transmitting part having a predetermined shape can be formed at a predetermined position, natural light can be taken indoors, an inhabitant can see outdoors therefrom, its weight and cost can be reduced, ant it can be mounted even in a location influenced by rail potential, and also to provide a building, platform shed and a passage shed equipped with the module.
A solar cell module 21 having a light transmitting part may be mounted on a building 30, a platform shed 60 or a passage shed 70. A transparent or semi-transparent film 26 is integrally applied onto the rear side of a transparent surface glass plate 24 with a cell 23 joined thereto so that the film covers the cell 23 light transmittable by a light transmitting means. The integral glass plate 24 with the film joined thereto can be mounted to a sash 32 made of a metal, an insulating material 32B can be provided to a mount of the sash 32 to avoid a rail potential.
