To provide a solar cell module including a wiring material adhering to part of a connecting electrode, which can be used for a long period of time without separation of the wiring material from the connecting electrode even by repetition of temperature cycle.
The solar cell module includes a solar cell having two main surfaces and including a photoelectric conversion unit generating carriers, a thin line electrode formed on a main surface to collect the carriers and a connecting electrode electrically connected to the thin line electrode; and a wiring material for electrically connecting one solar cell to the other solar cell, the wiring material adhering to a portion and the one end portion of the connecting electrode including one end portion of the connecting electrode. A projection is formed at the one end portion so as to protrude toward the arrangement surface side of the wiring material arranged on the connecting electrode.
