Abstract:
To provide a solid lubricant which is not black colored, with which industrial waste is reduced (environment conservation property) and further with which excellent lubricity in a strong processing region, moisture absorption resistance, and corrosion resistance are made compatible with one another, and to provide a lubrication film agent including the same.SOLUTION: A solid lubricant is composed of carrier particles including a lipophilic lubrication component, which is at least one selected from oil, an extreme pressure agent, soap, and wax, between particles, and/or between layers, of at least one of laminar clay mineral selected from a group of natural products of a smectite group, a vermiculite group, a mica group, a clintonite group, a pyrophyllite group, and a kaolinite group, and synthetic products thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
