In this solid-state imaging device, a high sensitivity pixel (green pixel 11) which is sensitive to brightness, a low sensitivity pixel (blue pixel 14) which is less sensitive than the green pixel 11, and the like are cyclically and two-dimensionally disposed in accordance with a predetermined arrangement, and respective signal electric charges stored in each high sensitivity pixel and each low sensitivity pixel by a subject light are output as an image signal. A first flatting film 31 (embedding part 31a) made of a material having a high refractive index is formed on each light-receiving part in a plurality of high sensitivity pixels, and an interlayer dielectric made of a material having a lower refractive index than the first flatting film is formed on each light-receiving part in a plurality of low sensitivity pixels.
