PURPOSE: To provide a developing solution capable of giving sufficient storage stability of a dyestuff image in spite of storage conditions of a processed photosensitive material substantially without using formaldehyde, having superior aptitude to operation environment in a developing room, reducing occurrence of reticulation at the time of high humidity high-speed drying, and having aptitude to rapid drying.

CONSTITUTION: The processing solution for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains 1,3,5,7-tetraazabicyclo-[3,3,1]-nonane derivative or 1,3,5,7-tetraazacyclooctane derivative, and it is preferred that the processing solution is a stabilizing solution, a bleach-controlling solution, or a bleaching solution.
