Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reducer, a robot hand, and a robot, which can suppress the occurrence of backlash.SOLUTION: A speed reducer 1 is equipped with a ring gear 6; revolving gears 7 and 8 meshed with gear teeth on an inner periphery of the ring gear; circular cams 11 and 12 provided at center positions of the revolving gears so as to rotate to the revolving gears; a first rotation shaft 3 provided at the circular cams 11 and 12 to rotate the circular cams around a center axis 5 so that the revolving gears 7 and 8 revolve around the center axis; a through-pin 13 inserted in through-holes formed on the revolving gears; a second rotation shaft 4 provided on the center axis to be coupled with the through-pin, and outputting rotations by the rotations of the revolving gears 7 and 8; and elastic portions 14 and 15 positioned between the through-holes and the through-pin 13, contacted with the through-holes and the through-pin, and having elasticity. At the elastic portions, the total ares of regions contacting with the through-pin 13 is smaller than the total areas of places where the elastic portions contact with the through-holes.
