Abstract:
To especially reinforce the water resistance of a silver image part and improve printability, especially plate wearability and ink spreading speed on a starter liquid, which is applied before offset lithographic printing onto a silver salt lithographic plate formed on an aluminum support.
This starter liquid of a silver salt lithographic printing plate being formed on the aluminum support and utilizing silver complex diffusion transfer contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a fatty acid, a water-base ultraviolet curing type polymer and/or a prepolymer and phosphates.
