Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability on start and reduce the capacity of a transformer by connecting an auxiliary steam header and a high pressure main steam pipe by an auxiliary steam stop valve, auxiliary stem control valve, and an auxiliary steam bypass pipe equipped with an auxiliary steam check valve. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary steam bypass pipe 30 for connecting an auxiliary steam pipe 23 and a high pressure main steam pipe 12 is installed on a combined cycle power generation unit. An auxiliary steam stop valve 31, auxiliary steam control valve 32, and an auxiliary steam check valve 33 are installed in succession in the auxiliary stem bypass pipe 30. In the operation from the start of the power generation unit to the ignition of a gas turbine, warming-up is executed by introducing steam into an auxiliary steam head 22, and steam is introduced into the high pressure main steam pipe 12 through the auxiliary steam bypass pipe 30 from the auxiliary steam pipe 23. Accordingly, the increase of the revolution speed of the power generation unit which is conventionally carried out by a starting motor can be performed by the auxiliary steam, and the starting reliability is improved, and the capacity of a transformer can be reduced.
