Abstract:
To provide a steel plate transportation roll for an acid pickling tank that suppresses adhesion of a metal oxide or a corrosion product to a steel plate in an acid pickling tank, alleviates maintenance burden such as roll exchange and can suppress abrasion bruise of a steel plate in an acid pickling tank in an acid pickling line.SOLUTION: A steel plate transportation roll for a cylindrical acid pickling tank 100 is constructed by integrally laminating a roll outer peripheral layer 110 that guides and conveys a strip-shaped steel plate M in an acid pickling tank W and a roll inner peripheral layer 120 that rotatably passes through to a metal shaft member S that is mounted in the acid pickling tank W wherein a roll outer peripheral layer 110 is formed by impregnating a polyarylate fiber base material with a resin, and the roll inner peripheral layer 120 is formed by impregnating an aramid fiber base material with a resin, and the friction coefficient between the roll inner peripheral layer 120 and the metal shaft member S is smaller than the friction coefficient between the roll outer peripheral layer 110 and the steel plate M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
