Abstract:
To provide a steel sheet for porcelain enameling in which excellent adhesion of enamel can be obtained by one-coat enameling using a Ti-added steel sheet, and to provide its manufacturing method, an enameled product and its manufacturing method.
Fe-Mo alloy plating is applied onto the Ti-added steel sheet containing, by weight, ≤0.01% C, ≤0.5% Mn, ≤0.04% P, ≤0.04% S, 0.01 to 0.50% Ti and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Subsequently, heat treatment is carried out to produce the steel sheet for porcelain enameling in which the amounts of Fe and Mo existing at the surface of the steel sheet are regulated within fixed ranges, respectively. Then one coat of a glaze is applied onto the steel sheet, followed by firing.
