Title:
STEEL WIRE REELING OUT DEVICE FROM COIL WITHOUT WINDING FRAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3664881
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly pull out a steel wire, even if a loop falls down in the axial direction inside a coil wound at many layers.
SOLUTION: A plurality of belt plates 3 to 8 in the axial direction are overlapped at an equal interval in the peripheral direction on an outer peripheral face of a coil 2 in which a steel wire is wound at many layers, and both end parts 3a to 8a of each belt plate 3 to 6 are bound on rings 15 arranged coaxially on both end faces of the coil 2 wound at many layers. Hooks are provided on at least three arms extending from a boss part 21 at a basic end of a twining prevention bar to the outside of a diameter. A basic end of the twining prevention bar is engaged with the ring 15 on one side through the hooks. A tip of the twining prevention bar is extended from the ring 15 on the other side to the outside via an inner hollow part of a shaft core of the coil 2 wound at many layers.
