Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device which can maximally suppress the changeover of a switching device to a transmission state from a block state when performing processing for avoiding that a steering wheel is operated so that a steering angle exceeds an upper limit value.SOLUTION: In a state that power transmission to a turning wheel from a steering wheel is blocked, a maximum value selection processing part M36 outputs a maximum value θe out of a turning angle θp and a steering angle θh to a limit reaction force setting processing part M10b. When a magnitude of the maximum value θe reaches a limit start threshold θ1 or larger, the limit reaction force setting processing part M10b abruptly increases a limit reaction force Fie. An operation signal creation processing part M26 controls a reaction force motor so as to obtain a reaction force command value Trqr* corresponding to the limit reaction force Fie. When the magnitude of the maximum value θe reaches a fastening threshold θ2 or larger, a clutch is fastened, and a reaction force from the turning wheel side is transmitted to the steering wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
