The structure includes a biodegradable fiber containing a conjugated fiber comprising a biodegradable polyester resin (A) having a melting point Ta, and a biodegradable polyester resin (B) having a melting point Tb by ≥15°C lower than the melting point Ta. The conjugated fiber has 50-50,000 dtex fineness, ≥3 mm average coil diameter or a curved part having ≥1.5 mm radius, and is stacked and fused at interlaced points. The conjugated fiber has a sheath-core structure. The method for producing the structural body includes subjecting aggregate comprising the biodegradable polyester fiber to heat treatment at ≥softening point of the biodegradable resin (B) when the resin is amorphous and at ≥melting point Tb when the resin has the melting point Tb.
